Basin Harbor has a few congratulatory words for the Luterman Family, who are staying with us this week. A little bird told us that they will be celebrating several momentous occasions during their stay: a 70th birthday and a 40th birthday for the twins! We know the festivities will be thoroughly enjoyed, and we wish all three of you many more years of merriment!
Fishing News
Big news for the fishing world! Even though anglers of this weekend’s Lake Champlain Fishing Derby have been cleaning up, our young fishermen still managed to score some lovely perch yesterday in the harbor. Gabriel Schorer reeled in two perch, and Henry Kates caught one of his own. Congratulations, anglers!
If you are interested in catching a fish of your own, see the Front Desk for a fishing license. The Waterfront Staff can provide you with a pole, bait and a boat. Happy Casting!

What week would be complete without the legendary Harbor Fair? Enjoy the sights and sounds, and especially the smells, of a tasty North Dock dinner. Get ready for fun in the form of face painting, jumpy castles, live music, and much more. We’ll see you there!
